I do Lenny...but due to the extortionate cost I decided I didn't ever want to see it again...I will ask Judith to find it and only pass on the relevant part number...Do you have the receipt for the new one that was fitted in Norway should be able to check from the part number.
Do you know what output your alternator is producing?That's the same one I have and I'm pleased with mine.
There are reports of them getting too hot and reducing charge amps to compensate, but I think this is mainly if incorrectly installed without adequate ventilation.
As long as it's installed with plenty of space for airflow around it as they tend to run hot, the 50 amp one runs much cooler.Hi Lenny

I've been offered a Victron 30amp B2B that was bought by a friend of a friend, he ended up not using it in his build. Apart from being able to tweak it if I ended up fitting a new alternator can you think of any other disadvantages installing it instead of a 50amp.
as far as i know this is the exact model.
