Have taken the plunge and now have 240w of solar on the roof charging vehicle bat and x2 100 ah leisure batteries (via MPPT). Gaslow kit (x2 11kg with external filling point) goes in next Monday...

Phew....

Will then take a rest before exploring the sat system - thinking of a dome...

From memory there was or maybe still is a kit price, with the exception of the drilling for the external connection it was / seemed an easy quick fit.....

But I'm no expert!

Some people say that Sat domes take their vehicle over 3 metres on French tolls, it will depend what height you are now.

im over 3 metres now,lol, my dish is good cos when you turn on ignition the dish retracts.
but i always check anyway
