Solar and B2B

is that much of a job and what does it do, sorry to sound vague.
No it's easy, at the moment you will probably find the input to the B2B is connected to the starter battery and the output to the starter battery input connection on the EBL. You just need to remove the connection from the EBL and connect to the leisure battery. It does mean you won't get any charge from the EBL to the starter battery when hooked up.

It shows you how to do it in the B2B manual.

Are you sure on that Starter Battery Charge front? I read something on the forum that said with the EBL, the Starter Battery charge is routed via the Fridge Relay circuit or something?
I don't know either way for sure (not an EBL owner) but just recollecting something I thought I read (it did seem odd, which is why it stuck in my head).

Fridge is a seperate cable back to the starter battery.

The starter battery charging on hookup uses the fridge cable, not the main starter battery cable that provides the leisure battery charging. Starter battery charging on hookup should be unaffected by the suggested changes.

Just had a look, so it does

So I wasn't imagining it after all! Weird but true :)

So if I buy two lithium batteries and just change the battery type to lithium I will be safe? Cheers
