I'm a newbie
I have genuinely been overwhelmed with the help and advice I have gotten to help with getting our first campervan.
We were very interested in one earlier this week we looked at, but the seatbelt issue had us concerned and with input from you guys had us rightly take a step back to keep safety a priority.
So yesterday we ended up picking this wee number up, we had stretched the budget as suggested by one of you guys to ensure we got what we wanted.
2004, 38k miles, full history, 4 seatbelts, new wind iut awning inflatable awing also included although I have no idea how to set it up lol. Everything works, few clips to fit but apart from that all works fine.
I spent today machine polishing the front end to get it back to shiny new, seems it had been cleaned with a brush since new, but most campers we have seen are the same so no issue.
It is smaller than others we were looking g at but that helps towards the weigjt issue and keeping under the 3.5t limit for my licence.

We are very happy so far, few bits to sort before campsites open so good to have the time to do.

Yes we are planning a trial run with the awning before we erect it on site lol, I couldn't cope with trying to do it first time on a camp site lol. And yes everyone here are a very friendly bunch and hope I don't torture everyone with too many stupid questions lol

Also known in caravanning circles as "a divorce in a bag"!:Eeek::whistle2::Smile: Guess why!
Congrats on your purchase. Enjoy.(y)

Many years ago I used to sell caravan awnings. I was often asked how long it took to put them up. My standard answer every time was “3/4hr and a broken marriage!” 🥴🤣😂
