So many new vans - how long can it go on?

Our Autotrail Tracker cost 32,000 8 years ago.Now 63,000.
Wow 9% a year. That's bad imho above average from what I can tell. Make no wonder their sales are down

In 6 years the basic price of my WildAx Constellation has gone up exactly £11k, from £40,995 to £51,995. I can't see the sales expansion lasting much longer hopefully.
Just over 3% with is reasonable unlike the autotrail example above with is 9% !!!

We bought a new Autosleeper Broadway FB in 2013. Screen price was £56k ( we paid less with extras fitted). New price for the same model is now £64k.
£8k increase in 5 years.

That's not far off inflation - but not sure why the autotrial tracker has gone up so much - completely different van?

It seems to me that it is very much a case now as it is has always been, "keeping up with the Jones" its the latest must have for the young upwardly mobile family....just look at the questions asked on the likes of Facebook. They don't have a clue as to whether or not their licence will cover them for the said motorhome never mind if little Johnnies trials bike will fit on the back...It will all end in tears but not before the big companies have made their bonuses.(y)

Don't forget there has been a large number of people cashing in their pension pot. I bet some of this has gone on caravans and motorhomes.
