I have been plagued by them for the last 2 days. I decided to open the bedroom window to air the bed as I thought the mating season was over. I have caught 6 up to now. Edited to say by caught I mean catch in glass and put back outside. Walked past Mr Gina M this morning as he was munching on his overnight oats with latest catch in glass and he says "cheers for that, thanks for using my favourite pint glass"

Stripped down the shed on the allotment ready to move and I can say I’ve honestly never seen spiders the size of those I found in their, they were huge and a struggle to get them into a large jar to set free
