The ignition on our SMEV stovetop has started to only cause a spark intermittently. I have realised that pulling the switch mounting out from the stove seems to solve the problem. I guess it's an intermittent contact?
1. Can I pull out the switch from the stove top - I don't want to break it.
2. What connections are behind the switch?
3. Is contact cleaner likely to solve it?
