Smart BMS app issue on iPhone

I’ve had the Smart BMS App working well on my iPad, using it with a Sterling 124 amp hour battery.

Just loaded it to my iPhone and it falls over after maybe ten seconds.

I’ve deleted, reloaded, rebooted. Any ideas?

When you say falls over what do you mean by this, does the app crash or freeze. I'd delete it from your iphone reboot the phone and reinstall. I did find sometime using the app my battery would have to be under load for the app to recognise the battery.

Strange it worked ok on my iPhone 14 are you up to date with the phones firmware its IOS 18 now. settings/general/about

Have you tried turning off Bluetooth on your ipad? Just incase your phone not being able to connect is causing the issue.

Ipad was at home, iPhone 125 miles away!
