Smart bird feeder, anyone use one ?

Curious about these as Mrs R is quite keen on feeding the birds and I thought it might be a good Christmas present, until I saw the cost… so thought it worth seeking some inputs if anyone has one or has experience with them, pros and cons

I’ve found a couple around £200 but most seem a bit more.

quite a few years now, and loving every minute..
am curious what these smart feeders are like, not the humans of course, we all know what they are like, but those that cost more than a handful of sunflower seeds..

Do you have a link, I've never heard of a smart bird feeder.
But I gave up feeding the garden birds as it just attracted magpies, pigeons and squirrels.
I'm certainly not spending 200 quid to feed the blighters, some of our pigeons are barely able to take off they've eaten so much 😡
