Slovenia & Croatia

Thanks for all info so far

What is the view on Dubrovnik? Getting there via ferry is fine, and camping outside and bus in is fine. But keep reading its too touristy and just coffee shops lol. Also due to wife, we won't be able to walk around and explore too much so would be quite confined to the main drag and certainly no climbing/stairs.

We probably prefer less touristy places, nice quiet villages more than cities, but would usually explore main cities.

But torn here - so seeking views :)
Did dubrovnik in the 80's before all the cruise liners arrived.. Worth a visit but I wouldn't go back. From what I've heard it is too touristy now. If you didn't want the hassle of going through Bosnia then Trogir is a smaller version of dubrovnik.

Thanks, looks and sounds interesting..
Thanks for your view too

I believe that it's no longer necessary to go through Bosnia to get to Dubrovnik.

Croatia has built a bridge avoiding Bosnia.
