Slightly concerned - We are on evacuation notice in Malaga!

Yes Jim, Serina got home fine, granddaughter had a successful operation and she’s moved in with Nanny for 10-12days of pampering! 🤣
Weather back to normal in Cabopino. Rain didn’t come to much it had stopped by mid afternoon yesterday, thunder storm overnight in the far distance. No damage here

Im struggling to see how a lightning strike is going to be troubled by a layer of adhesive.
Sorry I don't quite understand your comment, or maybe I wasn't very clear, anyway the point i was trying to make, was that i didn't think an aluminium skinned van, especially with a fiberglass roof would make a very good Faraday cage, but also a lot of us have thick cables that create a good path for lightning, from the solar panels on the outside of the van to the inside, not only potentially damaging equipment but also possibly being a hazard for anyone inside.
