Site Suggestions: Spain December & January, Dog Friendly, Plenty Walking and Cycling (3 Viewers)

We never book anywhere, normally we wild camp or just turn up at sites on spec and if they turn us away, we wildcamp. However, this upcoming trip me and Sian are going to have Jazz the German Shepherd with us, so I'm looking for a selection of sites that only have to meet the following criteria. They must accept dogs and have abundant walking and cycling close by. Anywhere between Cadiz and Velencia will be considered.

Any ideas, suggestions?

Well, if you come to Los Olivos you can bring us some stickers !!

It usually gets full over the winter, tho' I can't see the attraction myself and I literally live next door ...

Even I like that one, ideal for Jim as they don't take bookings but cycling is not that good from there..

We liked it with Carpmart at Mar Menor, we stayed at the campsite next to the fighter pilot training airfield (can be noisy but free aerial displays!).

There is also 2 aires further along in town.

Huge prom for cycling, dog friendly beach and dog playground with dog showers.

Cafes on the beach and a wonderful weekly market on Saturdays. But don’t take your bikes as they could get knicked.

We like Cap Blache, but don't find it good for dogs.
The only place nearby to exercise them is the rambla, which we call 'Dog S++t Alley.'
We've had more than one embarrassing incident on those lovely, white marble pavements outside the camp site.

On a more positive note, Camping los Escullos at Cabo de Gata is walking and dog heaven. I'm not too sure about the cycling, though.

https://www.lasdunascamping.com/ just across the bay from Cadiz with good boat and rail connections to everywhere....as well as cycle tracks up and down the coast etc etc etc......

2nd shout for Camping Mar Menor, site on the beach, out of back gate onto beach along boardwalk into Los Narejos dog play park on the right and they are allowed on the beach this time of year, cycle along the front to army base/marina in Los Alcazares flat and clean lots of places for refreshments

I will 2nd that, (met carpmart and a few more drunks there last time ) and lots more places the farther west along the coast you go.
In fact at just a few miles west at Alcazares there is plenty wild camping in the abandoned (virtually) new build section just past the newish Alcazares aire on the right where the swanky golf club is 500 yds from the coast. And 500 yes from the AP7
The aire is here and you will find plenty wild around and about here, I do lots of nights in and around here.

There’s a lovely walk from there too. Through the pinewoods, just have to watch out for the wild boar ….
