SIM Card for Spain

Lobster answered my queries back last November, some which have been asked here but not yet answered. These are my questions and below their replies, the bold is theirs too



Can I purchase with a non Spanish bank/card?

Yes you can

Must I have the SIM card delivered to a Spanish address?

Yes only to Spanish Addresses

Can I tether with this account and are there limits?

There is a fair usage policy which you can view in the terms and conditions on www.lobster.es

Can the SIM card be used in a myfi router or is it only for use in a phone?

Yes as long as you enter the access point name on the mifi.

Can the whole account be managed from anywhere or must I be in Spain to do so?

We have an application which you can download.

Ehich is a bit useless you want a definate answer.

Got the reply from Lobster and here it is

Thank you for the email.
Yes you can use our Sims in the Mifi ,however we cannot ship our Sim cards out of Spain and on registering we need a Spanish address.

So Lobster is no good for what we need. Also not impressed that it has taken over 3 days to reply to an email.

All Spanish Sims have to be registered although you can use your passport for this if you purchase in a shop.

Lobster SIMs. The two I got were over the counter from a shop in Granada, no passport details were taken. Movistar did take my passport details.

Just got two lobster sims at La Bella Vista they used our campsite address first 28 days are free inclusive 70gb and you can cancel and re start at any time.
