Sigma m30 alarm problem (1 Viewer)

I think it's the m30
Fitted to my 2003 swift
First of all the fob button died so I bought a brand new replacement fob but couldn't get it to recognise the new fob, i have the keypad on the windscreen, so I have to activate the alarm/imobiliser with the keypad....not a problem for me but as I will be selling it towards the end of this year I thought I better get around to sorting it.
The fob reprogramming info was hard to find on the net and was more than likely subaru based, as they had the same alarm, but in all honesty I probably did it wrong
Does anyone know of an idiot proof guide to getting the new fob working
