Shunt & Fogstar battery - still not aligned. Orion XS low amps

If you have a split charge relay still connected it will be effectively bypassing the B2B, you need to disable it.
I brought my products from offgrid PS and followed the DC-DC install guide and then used the enclosed to bypass the split charge relay.

I know it’s something I have done or the settings on the system - just need to spend the time to figure it out 🤣

Okay, I thought you were referring to a split charge relay not a cut off relay, apologies.

My Carthago did not have an EBL but I used a very similar relay arrangement to interrupt the connection between the CBE DS and the engine battery when the D+ was active and the B2B running. It worked really well for several years. However I did not include a changeover because my CBE DS did not need powering from both ends. If you have used the changeover which may well be needed on your system it might be worth checking you have got the 87 and 87A relay connections correct because I think getting these the wrong way round would cause problems.

ps I wish I had had that great Offgrid explanation and diagrams in front of me in 2019 when I was putting my relay in.
