I’m a newbie
Just bought our first camper van and need to install a door….love the Tambour ones, but maybe a bit pricey at the moment for us…only had the van since Friday and already spent over a grand!

Any advice please? Thanks in advance, Jan

Agree with above, put up a curtain until you can stretch to a Tambour door if you really want one.

Cheers

yup.. they are money pits.. be prepared ,,

I've spend £5k in the last 12 months ..!

just say camper , motorhome and the price doubles..

I would also say buy a curtain, look for one made in a polyester material rather than el-cheapo made with PVC ,. bum sticker

You can also get bi-fold shower doors , maybe a tad cheaper than the Tambour

600 mm Phillips flouresent tube from caravan and motorhome suppliers 15.95

Identical tube from local electrical shop 4.00

They charge what they think they can get away with 🤬

I know, I know, I should be changing it for led, but Arten lighting haven't replied to my enquiry and I just need it working for next week 🙂
