Should we consider a lunar with delamination rot to the floor ?

Hi all we are looking at an 03 lunar with floor problems . We have viewed a van and the edges to the floor has rot / delamination of the floor . Looking underneath the edges and rear have some problems at the edges is it fixable or should we walk away ? The rest of the van is mint but am concerned wether the floor is fixable or is structural advise is appreciated .
Well, I think that the general opinion is quite clear. There are a lot of other vans out there, cheap priced and a whole lot less trouble than this appears to be.

Run, Forrest, run.........

Hi I bought a wet van, knowing it was wet, well soaking really.I paid 6k for it knowing that when it was done it would double in price-- well 8weeks later me and my mate had completly stripped everything out,put a new roof on and made all new furniture as well as new uphosltery.(y) BIG learning curve but I used the van for above a year and sold it for 12.5 k (y)
I should have paid about 3k ;):) you live and learn

I could understand it if it was a good well built van that you wanted to restore , you would be better buying an old classic Hymer if you wanted a project, they were well built

Checked out loads of older vans in a dealers and not one had any of the problems this van showed , strange how it's been so badly affected . One van did have a whole new floor , good job but looked very tricky .

I'm wondering if this was caught up in the flooding back in 2007 where lots of MHs were supposedly written off but possibly were then bought by 'unscrupulous' dealers and may now be making an appearance again with issues?
