Is that one classed as a tricycle for somebody who has not passed their test?
I've thought about trailers so we can take something nicer, but each type has it's advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage of the hydratrail is it's little wheels. A proper trailer has big wheels but it's longer and harder to reverse..We were going for the small trailer on the back the hydratrail so no payload issues and easy to reverse with swivel wheels
Don't knowIs that one classed as a tricycle for somebody who has not passed their test?
That's got the KTM 390 duke engine. 44bhp.Have you considered a Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, they have a low handlebar height, are fairly light at around 150kgs and very nippy.
You haven't mentioned your budget but this will give you an idea.

The Duke is cheaper too
I might try and get a quote here in Spain. It’s a lot less expensive (usually)I’ve looked at these as well. The problem is they say you can drive on full car license. Well you can if you want to pay a grand for insurance.
I found the bike I wanted agreed price etc but then phoned around and absolutely ridiculous prices. If I put I had bike license it was less than £200 I’ve been thinking again this week and still the same. Not worth the cost of insurance for me atm

That's most likely a no then as they list track as 410mm.As long as the front wheels are more than 46cm apart. Scary stuff!
Hi have just joined and saw your post if you can find 41 inches perhaps lower tyre pressure we spent ages and found that a Yamaha vity 125 goes in we had a Pilote sensation This scooter is no longer produced so secondhand great for two up and fit handle bar fold mirrors 41 was the lowest scooter I could find good luckLooking for a scooter/dual seat mbike for my motorhome garage. My garage door height is 40” (allowing me 1/2” or so wiggle room). Needs to have enough power for me and the First Lady on together just for nipping from sites to town. Any ideas on scooters etc with a height (mirrors off) of 40” or less?

The OP said he has a full licence so I wasn't thinking of a solution for a non licence holder. With regard to trikes, when these regulations first came into being they were intended for Morgan's, bubble cars, combinations and the like, it's quite likely that the number of people using them are so low that it hasn't been seen as an issue. Not category AM friendly. AM limited to max 28mph. Seems bizarre that you can have a monster trike or a twist and go scooter but nothing in between.
1130MM = 44.5", might be a tad to tall. Some good electric options too like

Someone else might have posted the same but on my phone and might have missed it.
We brought the Suzuki address 110cc and it’s excellent , it’s only 100kgs so it’s light and is nippy , does about 55mph with 2 of us in it .Goes in the garage with the mirrors off.Looking for a scooter/dual seat mbike for my motorhome garage.
