Yes the same way a British one used to.I'm finding this puzzling; Croatia is in the EU but not yet in Schengen, like Ireland, it also has manned borders, like Ireland. Ireland is still in the common travel area with us, so bearing in mind the lack of a border between North and South how could they join it anyway? So does an Irish passport give people the schengen rights?
The whole Ireland thing completely screws with logic it fits neither way but they have to just put up with it I think .
