Schaudt Control Panel LT 460

So the MH was in the supplying dealers recently for some warranty work and it’s come back without the 12v (red) light working on the Schaudt Contol Panel.

All the 12v functions still work as far as I can see. My question…is there a simple fix to sort this or does it need dealer intervention?

Just adding to this thread - same problem on my Hymer BMLi880 which has EBL400 & LT460 panel. I don’t think the green LED for 12v has ever worked.
