I have a 2010 transit in conversion with the stock radio
I had been considdering upgrading to a fancy android system .... but the (re)placement of the unit is not ideal. I quite like my phone in the right corner of the Dash
I missed the fancy features of casting music and handsfree though .
I hope this does not go under advertising ... but I was told about bluetooth FM broadcaster and got myself this yoke

Arrived to day and works absolutely great
Not an audiofile so i am quite happy with my standard speakers and the test calls i made could hear me perfect (even background noise) and no feedback from the speakers
