SatFi Satellite Upgrade File (for EU dish) 05/09/24

On 05/09/24 my Satfi dish stopped working. The reason is as below. (taken from a Satfi communication.)

"The satellite provider and broadcaster have moved the channels broadcasting from, and subsequently turned off the transponder currently used by the SATFI antenna for tracking the Satellite Astra28.2E (Astra2). This means that the satellite dome on the roof of your vehicle will be unable to obtain a satellite lock as it can no longer see a signal from the frequency it is scanning for when powered."

I have today got an upload file from Satfi to set the new satellite positions and it worked!!

If anyone wants a copy of this file and the instructions to install it let me know and give me your email. The file is for the Satfi EU model with auto skew. I do not know if it works on other models.

NB: the instructions say use a USB stick no larger than 8gb. I endorse this as my first attempt with a larger capacity stick failed.
