Anyone had a 85cm sat seeker satellite dish fitted by Jackson in Wakefield if you did what do you think.
Also what about the Maxview Connect any good.
Thank you.

Can't comment on the installation people but we have a Maxview Target 85cm I fitted to our van a couple of years ago. It has been a great system and worked all over the place including Spain and Portugal. I had an issue earlier this year with it and Maxview service was brilliant. I was in the industry of sat systems for many years and previously had fitted a different brand for customers, when I wanted a sat system (post retirement) I asked my old mates in the trade and they all said get a Maxview, great products and as UK based and manufactured they give great service. My unit had a very random fault and the phone / email support was brilliant. I narrowed it down to a motor issue (with their help) so I sent the whole motor unit off and it was fixed and returned within four days for a very fair cost. Two new motors fitted, limit switches, rubber seals and a brand new wiring loom. As I was told many years ago, "sales sell the first one and service everyone after".
Highly recommended IMHO.

I have a Maxview connect 85cm and I'm very please with. Work well northern Spain. Customer service excellent too.

There is one fitted to our van, works as expected not that we ever use it much now,you can buy a lot of data for the cost of a satellite system!

I fitted the dish myself. Quite easy thing to do with all the instructions supplied. I bought 18 months ago. Had an update last September and had no problem so far. It does take a little longer to find the right satellite compare to previous dish I had but I'm pleased with it.

I’ve looked for data unlimited pay as you go and we can use in Europe.
