its the saltfleet gala weekend again on the 10/11th of august, we had about 35 vans last year and entered a team in the tug of war ,which we

We go to Crete on the Wednesday , but don't want to miss this great meet. I hope the weather is with us like last year. Makes all the difference.
Who knows we may even get another tug of war team. See if we can keep hold of the trophy we won last year.

i don't want to dampen your spirits regarding yhe weather. but the long range forecast for august is its going to be very windy cooler than average and heavy rain showers with very little sun but oh well we are used to it steve.:thumb:

I just don't know what to believe jock hear one min the weathers going to be terrible for august the next is its going to be hot and dry for a long period of time so lets hope its the latter that's right. any way jock im not taking any more notice of long range forecasts and look forward to hot sunny days ahead.steve

Just met with the committee and we will have a water tank for the elsan point and there should be a stand pipe for fresh water nearer to our pitches this year , there are as lot more stalls and entertainment than previous so should be a good weekend again
