RIP Andrew

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Carol and family at this sad time. We met with Andrew (and Carol) prior to and during the jaunt to Morocco earlier in the year and we can honestly say that he was one of the most pleasant and polite people we have had the good fortune to meet, the memory of the evening spent telling lies to one another whilst drinking far too much beer at Sidi Ifni will be remembered for a long time.

RIP Andrew

Andy & Debbie

We hadn't met but from what has been said by those who had he was one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Deepest sympathy to Carol and family and to members who will be feeling the loss of a fellow funster.

I just got an email from Carol and was devastated, I had no idea he was ill. Andrew was such a big character and was a excellent organiser and leader in Morocco, especially when I got ill over there. My heart goes out to Carol and family.
I too have had a bad few months with the death of my Mum 4 weeks ago, She met Carol and Andrew at Newbury they invited us for afternoon tea, cake stand and doilies, typical Carol and Andrew hospitality, My Mum commented on them saying "you have some good friends" !!
