Retro festival Newbury not received tickets (2 Viewers)

I booked and paid for 2 tickets to the festival in the Motorhome Fun field but todate I have not received them. I have messaged Eventree through there messaging system and emailed the organisers but no response from either.
This would be our first rally with Motorhome Fun and were looking forward to it. Any ideas?

Just looked at the confirmation e-mail and there was the option to down load the tickets, and a phone numer

The only response I've had was an email 'Submission for Retrofestival Newbury' the application ID and that it was 'Approved"

Normally receive the email ticket 2 weeks before but quite a few of us have still not received them yet.

What's going on Jim only a few days to go.

I spoke to Adi yesterday he said it was something to do with how you handled the forms.

I don't handle any forms. All Ive done is issue a link to those who want to go. Retro are aware of this. If there is anything else to be done then retro need to do it.

Just spoke to Paul the Retro owner/organiser. He said not to worry, members should get their bar code emailed to them in the next day or two.
