We thought that the table (seats 5!) in our Nexxo was a bit large and restricted the living space somewhat. Especially as there are only the two of us. So I've just finished making a more reasonalby sized folding one. It's smaller and lighter than the original and fits onto the wall mounted rail with some original Burstner table brackets. I haven't figured out a folding leg yet but it has a separate leg that fits in a socket and is stored on a couple of clips when folded down. I've attached a couple of pics. It may be of interest to anyone else that has a rail mounted table that they need to resize.. Get in touch if anyone needs more details. I'm waiting for some marbled formica to arrive to cover it with. We'll live with it as is for a weekend or two in case I need to modify it before covering it.

Looking good. I used two of these when I made a fold down table, square leg fitting but you may be able to adapt it.

Thanks for that. Looks interesting. A square leg is no problem. I only used metal tubes as I had some left over from a previous project.

Just weighed both tables. New tables saves nearly 11kg. That's three or four boxes of wine!

We found that the swing out extension of the table is easily removed, so this is now stored at home with all the rest of the extra fittings for 3rd bed etc!!This has saved a lot of weight and is more convenient as, like you, there are only 2 of us. Like the idea of freeing up the lounge seating area for more leg room.

I have a habit of reclining the passenger seat and stretching my legs across the table top, so comfortable that I can guarantee I'll be asleep within 10 minutes - try it. I love my big table.

Where did you get the table wall brackets from please? We have had problems finding any brackets that fit the wall fixing on our SunLiving (Adria).

They're what I want but they don't post to Spain :(

I'm happy to buy them for you but they could be expensive to post.
I am going down the west coast of France from the 25th March but probably only as far as the north Spanish border, St Jean-de-Luz.
Where are you in Spain? Could it be cheaper to post them in France?
Let me know what you think.

Sorry but no. We have tried a few from ebay that were supposed to fit but no joy :) We have a slatted top that rolls up for storage and wanted to use that if we can find the brackets to fit the rail....... not even a maker or part number on the original that I can see.

Once the snow has gone and I can be bothered I'll have another look and refresh my memory as to the original brackets. I don't want to take the original brackets off the original table of course as the table forms the base of the 5th and 6th berths.

Thanks. But I'll have to keep looking into it. We're in the UK over Easter, but flying there! Then there in September with the Motorhome. I'd have liked the summer without the table encumbrance but, if not, it's only another few months to wait!

So you want to copy the bit fitted to the table rather than the bit fitted to the wall?
Can't you make a bracket that will screw to the table and fit the existing wall bracket?

Yes, exactly

Can't you make a bracket that will screw to the table and fit the existing wall bracket?

That's the problem the brackets are complex (I'd need to have a look and refresh my memory) with springs and catches and hooks. I've tried several but none have fit correctly and are not secure enough, nor sit deeply enough into the rail, to be safe.
