Remis Blinds- Noisy

One rattle down, two hundred to go then.

Our Autotrail was absolutely horrendous for noise and I couldn't hear myself think because of the rattles coming from the doors, shutters, windows, mircrowave, ancillary equipment etc etc.

Good luck (y)
Yes, I've been round my Autotrail dealing with them. The worst was a massive squeaking from behind the trims at headlining height outside of the front seats. Took the trims off, there's a large bolt on each side that holds the front shelf and cupboards to the coach chassis. Tightened them and added some silicone spray. Cured it! Now I can hear all the others even more, but.. at least I can hear the radio now.

My latest update on this. They were still too annoying to live with. I've taken them off the side doors and ordered a set of reflective sun-shields instead.

The blinds on the drivers and passenger doors are very noisy/rattly when driving. Before I attempt to find a solution has anyone else had this issue and how have you solved it?
Thanks
Paul

We had a similar problem on a Hobby Siesta motorhome & solved it with some velcro straps abouy 8" long (sometimes called cable ties) available from a well known internet auction site. You can strap them round the vertical post, easy to remove when you want to use the blinds & only seconds to put back in place.
