I discovered that our Burstner T620 has a Reich Keramik kitchen tap. It looks like this:

When I thought the Microswitch had failed I found this clip on YouTube useful:

A replacement switch is on its way from Halesowen Caravan and Motorhome spares but it won’t be needed immediately as I took the top off the tap and gave it a hard stare. It’s working now .
Carefully prise off the hot/cold indicators with a sharp instrument to reveal the retaining screw. Ours needed a small Allen Key to undo it.
Hope that’s helpful to someone.

This may well be a very daft question......
But how does one identify and confirm which tap model is actually in the van ?
We have a Hymer ML-T 570 , year 2020.

By looking at it an comparing it, being a Hymer it will be a Reich, that gives you a starting point.

Thanks,
It is a Reich as you say.
I shall compare with others on the internet and hopefully work it out as you say.

Thanks Manic. I so wish I’d taken a bit more time. Your helpful suggestion would have saved my bacon. Sadly I have sawn off the red and blue connectors in an effort to get better access to the joint. I also foolishly sawed the metal ends off the red and blue connector pipes. Good job there was no pick axe within reach…
Anyway I am now searching eBay for some replacement connector pipes so that I can remove the pin, fit the pipes properly and join them up to the white supply pipes under the sink. :heartbreak:.
I have been advised to use the “o” rings inside the new tap when doing this for the best chance of avoiding and leakage.
