Recent registration 'challenges' with Camping-Car Park?

Hi. I have just registered for the first time with Camping-Car Park and wonder if anyone else also experienced the following problem? During the process I could not enter our UK postal address in full. There was a drop-down option for country but it wouldn't let me change it from France. It also wouldn't accept out UK format post code. So, the address they have for me doesn't even mention UK. As I understand it site entry and so on can be done purely with the App so there is no need for a physical card anymore, so the address problem shouldn't be an issue. I have managed to link a payment card to the account. Anyone else had these issues? Do you think I am good to go? Thanks.
 
They are doing the best that they can.

Don't worry about it mate ,you are not on your own, they are trying to get a new website working and not getting on very well with it.
Yep, not going great is it? FAQs are blank on my App and phoning gives the usual ‘high volume’ warning.

I'm having similar problems. I've been trying for nearly a week now to sign up for an account - can't get past the first screen which requests phone number and name. Tried emailing them several days ago, no answer. Tried calling and gave up having sat in the 'all our operators are busy' queue. Total shambles. Derek

Contact them via messenger , I did and had a reply within 12 hours

Have you tried other/various browsers, or does it only support a phone app??

The app for Android seems to have an update every day o two. The website (Chrome and Edge) that I use more as I like the 15.5" screen is dire. Almost zero functionality.

Currently away in France. All seems ok now, i also had issues when they updated the App etc with the Map Search option.

Thanks. Do you happen to know what the numbers like 23/50 mean for each site? Does it mean 23 of 50 pitches are available or 23 of 50 pitches are occupied? I cannot find the answer anywhere and their support has not answered my query.

23 available of the 50 total.

Sorry for the late reply we have been traveling home from France. The answer has already been answered: The first number is available pitches the second is the total on that particular site. You can book in advance if you want to guarantee a space.

Thanks. We are sailing across on Tuesday morning. Never used a CCP in previous visits, but think we will this time.
