Hi all,
I have a piece missing from the above lense, all lights are working so I've covered this redundant part (as there's no light in it) with duck tape.the question is - will it fail the MOT as is.?

Yes, it's covering the reflector.Does this mean you think it will fail with the tape??? Don't understand
I disagree. If the whole lens is a reflector why bother molding in a space with no purpose and using materials unnecessarily. The whole of the lens cover is a reflector, so I would be very surprised if the remaining lens was not sufficient to keep the MOT tester happy.
With the duck tape, yes, but the red reflector repair tape should be ok,Yes, it's covering the reflector.
The caravan version is different as it has triangle reflector rather than a rectangular reflector on the motorhome versionThat looks right, coastal did suggest it might be one that could fit caravans too. Brilliant!
It's not reflective tape though. With the duck tape, yes, but the red reflector repair tape should be ok,
right ???
