So if you go to trust pilot and read the reviews on Swift, you will see my losses.
I am taking Swift to court for loss, with a team of top barristers and solicitors I intend to sue for loss, costs and compensation, I will be taking a news reporter with me, a family member and looking for full loss recompense & compensation of at least the £96,600 purchase price. I may even ask for a cease operation order until they repair all outstanding warranty work on their manufactured goods that do not meet the specifications advertised.
This may be fun!

You don’t need a link, every review says what a bag of rubbish Swift are
Common poor quality parts thrown together by cowboys in a circus, is how I described our flagship caravan from them, to their MD. When it went for annual service to maintain warranty, the dealers staff used to ask if I had come to pick up my heap of 💩

Just goes to show you really need to do your research when you buy something… but, someone will still buy one after reading this…🤷🏼‍♂️

I just spent an interesting 30 minutes reading your numerous reviews. The Swift review wouldn’t stop me buying a Swift product mainly because I would never buy one in the first place.
As for the potatoes they would have made a great grey mash I’m sure. We don’t have a Morrisons near us but I do use them for LPG when passing.
I hope you win your court case Swiftly and gain recompense.
Phil 😎👍

I thought MM’s wouldn’t buy swifties😇 build quality is a shambles these days, regardless of price tag

I completely understand your need to vent your frustrations.

However, given that you have successfully sold on the vehicle (for a not unreasonable amount), why would you be expecting 'recompense' and 'compensation of at least' the original purchase price?

Has your 'team of top barristers and solicitors' advised you to expect those outcomes?

I hope this is at least on a "no-win no-fee" basis (and that they are not just humouring/fleecing you).

And how would you benefit from a 'cease operation order' (other than for revenge)?

Maybe you would get more satisfaction taking your experience to BBC Watchdog? 🤷‍♂️

Loss of holidays due to product being unfit for purpose continually.
I think he wants more than that. I'd want all the out of pocket expenses also including emails, letters, phone calls @X per hour with 1 hour minimum.

A team of top barristers and solicitors and taking a news reporter too he states, when it will be counter argued that the dealer did fix things. If he loses the case it will cost a fortune that’s the problem.

On the contrary, if you can prove loss irrespective of the vendor repairing said issues, under British consumer law, both recompense for loss and compensation is payable. Case law may be referred to in such circumstances. There exists many cases in case law!
