So my wife and I opted for eBikes to go travelling once at our campsite, but I was curious to hear what other MHF folks used for transport? Given the lack of a survey option on this forum (well not one that I can see), reply with the number that has your vote and I'll summarise/chart at the end.

1. Bikes/ebikes
2. Scooter
3. Towed car
4. Taxis/busses/trains/walking
5. Up sticks and drive your MH to the tourist spot you wish to visit

I'm not fond of people flying about on those electric scooters. However if used safely and respectfully their could be useful considering space in a MH.

5 for us. Used the bus twice in 20 years of having a Motorhome.

When we are parked up, our rules of travel are;

1. Walk a few km’s
2. Ebike if shopping or more than ‘a few’ KM’s up to a max of 20km each way, so 40km round trip.
3. 20km - 50km’s one way we ride the motor scooter

50km’s + (100 round trip) we move the Motorhome nearer to where we want to visit then revert to 1-3 again! 😇
Like the idea of driving your MH closer to where you want to be before cycling.

5, We have smallish van I can get anywhere that doesn't have height barriers...
4, occasionally (walk, or bus if its urban.)
In my dreams: 2; but unfortunately, not in my wife's...!
