PVC front or rear lounge?

Minxy Girl, you must have watched Gadget John doing all his alterations !
The central unit in our U shaped lounge is easy to remove, I had also a Truma air vent that would have meant cutting a new hole and refitting higher had I raised the floor
All the mods have been done so that the van can be returned to standard and leaves no visible screw holes anywhere.
The kitchen cupboards I have shelved so gave extra space for odds and ends.
We had new carpets made which fit our new layout but also kept the originals, again so that the van can be made as factory.
I cut out access behind the lounge seating which was wasted space, this now is storage for the vans tools, and tow rope.
The areas under the front seats where the tools were are now shoe store having unclipped the rear plastic covers and made flap/covers to keep things tidy.

Never watched Gadget John so not 'pinched' any of his ideas, might have to have a shuftie! :giggle: I've done loads of fettling for years and some of your mods seem very similar to those that I came up with done over the years in previous campers. I'm still working on a laundry 'shoot' facility for our Carthago as it worked a treat in our previous Campscout, just need to decide the best position for it.

Your cutout behind the lounge seating sounds interesting, any chance of a photo?
