Pre wired for reversing camera?

My T339 was owned by an auto electrician. He installed a Kenwood multi device and reversing camera at the base of the bumper (stupid place IMO) but looking underneath the van it looks like he installed a cable himself so if there is a factory fitting he seems to have ignored it. He also mangled to mess up the 12v for the tv in the process but fixed now.
