Praise of Signature Motorhomes in Preston :)

Hi all,

I hope this is OK to do this, I have just got to publicly praise Signature Motorhomes in Preston for going well, well beyond what could ever be expected to help someone out who is not even one of their customers, nor did I get my Adria Supersonic from them (more is the pity).

To cut a long story short, we bought our Adria from a.n.other (who I won't name) who were a nightmare, and Signature Motorhomes very kindly stepped in to carry out a bunch of warranty repairs to our vehicle - and have since provided me with a load of really useful advice and help, they can't do enough for you. Alan, their Service Dept. Manager is a very helpful guy.

Just goes to show there are companies out there who do still care about helping people and playing the long game. I/we will never shop anywhere else, and when we change the van in a few years, guess where we will be going!

Hi Captain could not agree more we bought our Pilote 740 from them 3 years ago and they have been great all the way and as you say Alan is a really helpful guy and the whole team are more than willing to help totally recommend .

And another more than satisfied cutomer Alan, Carl and the team on the service side are excellent and the sales team ain't to bad either ! How many dealers have the confidence to let you have their personal contact information if there might be any problems with your van, Oh I know of one in the North West!

Exactly, Alan gave me his Whatsapp personal contact details and he was answering my queries at 6pm on a Saturday in his own time! (Bearing in mind I have bought nothing from them at all to date as well)

You can't ask for more than that.
