I got these, burnished and Ahmed for a while as they're not cheap, but the handles are really secure and I like the way I can use them in the oven and as serving dishes when un unclipping the handle. Really compact. I use pan savers between them to prevent scratching and rattle when I'm the move.

We use Tefal Ingenio and a ridge monkey for toast or bagels. We bought the stainless set which is heavy but good quality. I think we have 2 frying pans and 3 pans and used all parts. Remoska also useful for when on EHU.
Only thing we don’t have is a steamer which we use all the time at home.

I had the Ingenio for awhile - got a brilliant price off Amazon.fr
...
but even the smallest pan was too big, cooking for one.

So now have Ridgemonkey [brilliant] and a couple of wee dinky small milk pans

Are the ones in the kitchen due a change?? If so replace the ones in kitchen with new, move orig to van if you then find you don't use them dump them.
Also I bought a small 2tier steamer as one at home too big. Ordered it off Amazon.

We use something similar but the lid is all metal so the pan can be used in the oven. Don’t take the steamer basket anymore as we have bought a collapsible colander that can also be used as a steamer. If you like pasta, make sure you have a pan big enough. Also have a collapsible camping toaster that is used on the hob, makes toast in half the time it takes for the grill to heat up and makes better toast.

We kitted out our motorhome with stuff from charity shops, so none of our saucepans match. We have a medium-sized pan with D-handles which has a steamer and lid to stack on top. Also a smaller sauce pan, but most essentially a medium-sized non-stick wok.

We picked up a set of 3 pots with a removable handle for £15 in lidl (possibly aldi but pretty sure it was lidl) a couple of weeks ago. I noticed they also had a frying pan and lid for £10 which was cheaper than the Ikea combo I picked up the week before.. I then bought silicon lid and pot stand online. A nice little compact set is forming in our van.

One medium fryer. One med saucepan. With lids. (why make it complicated!!)

That’s it.

Do a dummy run with your kitchen pans on your stove. That way you will find out the right size to buy.
