Hi, we will be arriving in Portsmouth from Santander in a few weeks. The ferry doesn't arrive until 8pm and our storage is quite a few hours away and not open overnight.

Does anyone have any info on where to stay around Portsmouth please, I guess lots of sites won't want us turning up after 9pm?

Always amazes me hold polite & plesent the security people are there.
We spent last night there as going to Adams Morey this morning.

Spoons kitchen is closed for maintainance only wanted something quick went in Bugers & Bangers, one of the best burgers I've ever had & the music was good '70's heavy rock. They had the door open so it was a bit cold.

There used to be a table BBQ place, you told them what meat you wanted,
Pretty sure it was called The Charbar, went there many times with Mrs CC.

Port Solent has picked up a bit in the last few years as it went through a spell of nobody really going there and shops shutting down.
