Poor tv signal

Thanks for that, I didn’t know there was a setting on the tv.
I have bought a replacement amplifier/ booster that I will fit next time I go to my van.
my dealer said that is more likely to fail and not the aerial. Any thoughts?

could well be the booster that has failed..
if that doesn't improve matters, check the co-axial cable connections at the booster and in the aerial, they may be corroded.

Hi Jim, thanks For that, the coax cable from the aerial is very short to the booster and set right back in the cupboard which is hard enough to reach let alone be disturbed or corroded.
im pinning everything on a faulty booster otherwise it looks like scrabble and monolopy!!
And my missus is a bad loser!

ok.. if no joy with the booster, I would have a look at the connections inside the aerial .. I know, not an easy task..

but could be worth a few brownie points ;)

Really don’t want to disturb the aerial but if it saves me getting battered at board games its a no brainer!
