Luckily we have a treadmill and a spinning bike and had a twist n shape delivered today, and at the moment we are still allowed to walk the dog on the beach, but too much time for baking , so it’s a battle

Certainly putting on weight. Only 9 days since I stopped working but a 20 minute dog walk and doing jobs about the house doesn't add up to a 10.5 hour shift on a physical job doing up to 25,000 steps :whistle2:

No weight change here, diet normal , alcohol normal ish and a brisk daily walk and all this hand washing is building my arm muscles

If I didn't know better I would suggest that you could be part of the Christmas baby explosion that is coming.
THAT though crossed my mind too. I remember some years ago, (80`s?) New York had several days of "outage", Sure enough, 9 months later, there was a reported "Spike" in the Birth rate!. Now that was down to the lack of T-V (allegedly). I understand this time people are "bingeing" on Netfix etc; Or Face book/Face-time.

I’ve put a couple of pounds on. I’m doing a bit of Zumba in front of the telly, but it doesn’t make up for classes at the gym. The enormous jar of Nutella that I brought back from France isn’t helping. I’m afraid if it’s there I will eat it. Lack of willpower when it comes to chocolate and nuts.

Weight the same as I’ve deliberately reduced the amount that I eat as I am doing so much less exercise and I don’t want to undo all my hard work of the last 2 or 3 years. Dread to think what my hair will look like as I have a short neat “motorhoming” haircut every 5 weeks and it was due 2 weeks ago just as the lockdown started. Son has offered to have a go with his clippers!

Dorset Lady has turfed out the "stocks" from the MH and the home cupboards and is busy becoming inventive with long forgotten ingredients, most very high calorie. The results have been wonderful, would I dare say anything else :giggler: , but also very fattening. An example being her take on millionaires shortbread crossed with flapjack and including caramelized condensed milk.

I like those Choco Liebnitz knockoffs that Aldi and Lidl do. I'm limiting myself to one biscuit a day whereas normally I'd have two or three daily. It's made easier as I'm subconsciously in "ration mode". Boredom normally has me dropping by the fridge or pantry too often, but the lockdown had changed my mindset I think ?

Loosing weight. Finally started to build the rockery. Shifted over 5 tonnes of materials, using a wheelbarrow , from the heap in the front garden to the rear. It’s still a work in progress but the bottle wall is progressing nicely.

No loss,no gain.
Normally go to the gym,but now doing more in the garden. All the outstanding jobs of the last five years..........I’m hoping I may get some brownie points!!:LOL:;);)

When I came out of the army in 83 I was 9 1/2 stone 32 waist. I am now 14 stone 36 waist so I don’t feel the need to worry about diets. Our daughter has started a baking spree between shifts. She is the one who spends half her life on the scales.

Forgot to say, with all the Tonsorial specialists closed, I am at the mo doing a bloody good impresstion of the Dulux Dog.

Maureen has offered (several times) the last time after I was still wozzy from being woken up, to trim the back .
Dear Funsters, should I allow her, armed with something sharp, anywhere near my throat?
