It looks like Newark is now going to be on the 24th & 25th next year and clash with this, not that that is a problem, no one is organising a meet at Newark yet and if they do it won't be a problem having two meets on the same weekend.

Yes, that will clash with any meet organised in March. But who says meets can't clash. The more choice the better:thumb:

Sorry about the clashing of meet with Newark, but as I have already changed the date once I dont think i would be very popular if I asked them to change it again as they have been very helpful particularly about getting the RVs and longer units round to the parking area.
If you really want me to move it I can try but it could muck up peoples arrangements and this venue is very popular with other groups.
