Hi Funsters,

Have checked the diary only to realise that this meet clashes with the Spring Motorhome Show at Newark. So have been in touch with Eden camp and they can fit us in the week before i.e. 23rd March to 25th March 2012.

Will this new date be suitable for you, please let me know so that I can confirm the new date.

Sorry to be a pain, but I know we all like Newark Show xx

PS Please say which date you prefer.

Hi Stew,

I dont think Eden camp wouldn allow us to camp over the allotted weekend, but I will look into finding a campsite in the area so that you can combine it with Newark. There is always the campsite at Misterton which is open all year and has EHU, and it is easy to get to Newark from there down the A1.

I have now confirmed with Eden Camp the date for the meet this is the 23rd/25th March 2012.

Hi Ian,

You do not pay up front for this meet but on the weekend, the cost is £11 per night per unit but please note that it is hard standing but no EHU. The price includes the use of a Nissen hut of the Friday and Saturday night for socialising, if you wish.

Very sorry Sheila, Jim, He Who Must Be Obeyed, has pulled the rug from under you.

Without doubt his meet could not be more warm and friendly than what you offer every time but lets face it, northern England or souther Spain in March, we've got to give it a go.

It's a great pity, I know yours will be A Good One.
