I saw a thread a day or two ago which had some suggestions for companies who repair plastics.
I’ve tried the search but I can’t find it! Can anyone point me to it or suggest companies I can try please?

I’ve tried Williams Motorhomes but they would need the original panel off the vehicle for 5-6 weeks to make a mould and having the Motorhome off the road for that long would probably result in my sudden demise at the hands of the Mrs!!!

Actually the comment about 5-6 weeks is not nonsense.........cut and pasted from original email. I'll let you apologise in your own time..............

Hi Kevin,

Those photos are great thank you.

As we have not got a mould tool for this part we would need you to send it to us. We would then produce a new mould tool on the part. This process is free of charge however can take 5/6 working weeks.

Once we have the mould tool we can then produce you a new part. Cost for the new part would be £398.00 inc UK postage plus VAT.

Many thanks.

Regards,
Charlie

Where does the "panel" start and end, it looks like the entire rear is a single panel, it is on our Kon-Tiki??
Noting the cracks and what look like fibres in the images, I can't see how it can be pure "plastic".
I had a similar but smaller damage, bought a marine repair kit, & diy.
There are many grp/resin cars on the road, try looking for TVR/Reliant/other specialists
