We have done the walk from Durdle door to Lulworth cove few years back, beautiful views, also camped on Durdle door overlooking the sea. Walk down to beach us a bit of a trek but worth it

I know I shouldn’t say it as tourists bring in the revenue and I should be prepared to share it but it was a sorry day they made the Jurassic coast a World Heritage Site but just wonderful to be able to stay overnight in the MH when it’s quiet. Once swam through the door in the moonlight with phosphorescence on the surface of the sea. Amazing place

I want to get back to Lincolnshire... and initially to some places closer to home for the odd overnight away. My last night away in the van was 2 November, and that was 30 minutes from home! At the moment I'm making more tentative plans for 2022 than I am for this year.

But Covid cases are rising in my area at present. I'm right on the edge of one of the 'hot spots'. If things don't improve I fear that even some of the earlier 'easing of restrictions dates' may end up being pushed back, never mind 21 June... Went to meet my 'bubble mate' yesterday for a walk, and if I'd not known we were all still in lockdown I certainly wouldn't have seen ANY indication that was the case.

Some really nice bikes on this thread! Interceptor twin 650cc above. Taken in a lay-by above Ffestiniog on the superb B4391. Sea & Lleyn Peninsula (and below Black Rock Sands from original post!) in the far distance.

Oh to get back to Alvor. Would love to sit in one of the beach cafes again.

Merzouga, Morocco. Won’t ever get back there again as we no longer have the moho :crying::crying:
It’s still possible. Cheap flight to Agadir or Marrakesh, then hire a car and stay in riads. We haven’t taken our motorhome there yet, but over the years have made numerous trips to Merzouga and all over the country.

I miss the word "Freedom"
Freedom to go where I wanna go
Freedom to plan in the knowledge I can actually do it
Freedom that is standing on a beach with the wind in my hair just being me

The only place i miss and so desperately want to get back to in A Mo Ho is anywhere in Australia.
Any place you could specially recommend, we've MoHo’d Perth to Monkey Mia.

You would have to give a specific area for me to give any idea's.
Above was our what we did on last trip.
Whilst in Perth WA did you do the usual places, like The Pinnicles, Wave Rock, Hippo close by, Hamlin bay with the Rays, Nigili Caves, Margaret River..........so many places and that's just on Perth's door step so to speak.
We have another biggy planned as soon as we can get there.

makems Wow!!! Absolutely stunning, did you take those pics? The camel train seen through the archway, incredible. Somewhere I've never been and now wish I could. Thanks for sharing those photos.
Brilliant photos we loved it in Morocco. Hope to get back there one day

Just a bit of an explanation for those who havnt seen my regular gravelines posts,
This was our first ever stop at an Aire in our first trip in a van, 12 years ago, and love it , nothing special you might say, but it's still our first stop in any trip to Europe and straight round to the pmu, almost regulars (y) and when we get here, we are suddenly on holiday mode:sun:great.
Only fly in the ointment it's also always our last stop before the tunnel back:( so we have to drown our sorrows there as well.

Right now, anywhere I can park my Moho up for the night (other than my driveway) is where I want to be!
