i don't have a problem as my son is a licenced pest control officer and game keeper and if pigeon's are cussing a health nuisance or crop problems they can be culled there just rat's with wings
Before you publish pictures of culled pigeons, best have a read through the link above. It's illegal, unless you have a licence to cull pigeons, to shoot them or otherwise kill them.
Horrid birds but that is the law.
Edit at the moment the general licence has been with drawn so you have to apply to cull on a case by case basis
my son has to apply now for every job he has to do on each property.
the worlds gone mad i am sure that the general licence will be reinstated at sum point but for now no culling without a licence you have to prove a need on a case by case basis at the moment
