Rally Peterborough Motorhome Show 2019

Booked & Form Filled in, arriving on Thursday.
 
I have booked and paid, got my tickets, and filled in the form but am not shown as an attendee, anyone know why? Should I fill in another form?

@Titchdog Hi there, you have to click on the Attendees tab then press the RSVP square in blue and you will be added.

Arriving Thursday PM. Booked, form completed and attendee RSVP done.
 
Am I missing something?

I can’t find MotorhomeFun in the list of clubs that are rallying.

If I book without identifying Fun, how do they/I know that we’re booked with Fun?

According to Jim's weekly newsletter....

Peterborough Show Rally.
We have reached our maximum number and the Fun Rally area is now full. You can still book and camp at the show but you won’t be able to park with the Funsters.

Ahh.

I trawled through the rally thread and didn’t see anything that suggested it was, or was approaching full. That would explain it though.

@Jim is there a reserves list?

I know that this would mean delaying booking with Warners until a reserve place became available.

From past experience, the only way you'll get on the FUN camping area, is if someone has to drop out, and offers their tickets up before the show, then sorts out delivery/collection by private arrangement with yourself.

Warners are very strict about things, however, if you had to camp in the General Camping area, you could still pop over to join in and/or collect any badges pre-ordered.

Warners list will be the more accurate one which the Marshals will receive, as not all FUN members attending post their intentions on here. Some don't come on the forum at all. :eek:

Ahh, but not everyone updates that list!

That’s why, in combination with checking this whole thread, I thought there was still space/time but I messed that one up!

Is the RSVP button new? I have booked and filled in the form but I didn’t appear on the attendees list... some kind person told me I had to press the RSVP button but I cannot remember ever having to do that before...

Hi Ian, no sorry, we don't control the booking. However very often tickets come up for grabs as Funsters can't go (y)

That's right Sammy, unfortunately.

Warners only give us 150 pitches, and being the first big show of the season, they get snapped up quite quickly.
