Permission for a moan please.

I read more than I write on this app but just had to add to this thread :ROFLMAO:
We’re down on porth camp site Cornwall, what really gets me (and I like dogs ) is dog owners letting their dog sh** on empty pitches!!!
I actually seen a dog mess and owner pick it up which I must say they always do, but surely leave some behind, then along came a couple with tent and pitched exactly where dog had just messed!!! Why do owners think it’s ok to let dogs mess on vacant pitches?
If your going porth check pitch first !

All the more reason to buy a motorhome but when I am out in my van I'm in the shit most of the time anyway I think I wind down too much & drink too much but what the heck happy travels

I must admit to my heart sinking if a caravan/motorhome pull in next door have children on board - occasionally I have been surprised and pleased how well behaved they are tho but not often

Do try and avoid them at restaurants and pubs - drives me mad when the group of adults sit chatting away obviously to their kids running round other dinners tables screaming their heads off and tripping up staff.

The other day I had to remark to a couple eating out with their 3 children how well behaved they were - the 8 and 4 year old sitting quietly colouring in a book and the baby in a high chair ‘feeding’ herself fish fingers and peas. Mum said it was down to preparation, bribery and threats:LOL::LOL:

Duplicate of what? Must be more interesting than remembering your own behaviour.
Not sure what you mean but i was on a dodgy connected in Poland and I ended up submitting the same post twice.
Anyway what behaviour do you mean.

That's OK then if they are down wind of you. Why not open your toilet cassette and let them have a dose of that??!!
Or better still empty your cassette on the fire 😀

I avoid any sites that allow fire pits.

Treloan. Portscatho.

 we call 'em Benidormers they infest Cornwall during Holiday season, it's when flights are canceled to Iberia where the authorities are more forgiving at that kind of behavior

I know it's an old thread but i believe there are Adult only sites, and/or dog free sites (although we have not come across one of those yet. Beginning to think dogs are a compulsory item to get a booking)
AND,
I once saw a sign, "Please keep your children under control to avoid us gifting them a drum set".

Ah the pleasures of France. All fires are banned, noise after 10pm you'll be off the site faster than it can leave a shovel
Unfortunately not all of French campsite have those rules. Last week at Chaille-les-Marais we had screaming kids until mid night then a group of women having a not so quiet drink until 3 am. We left the next day and left a review.
