PayPal Payments Cancelled! 💰💸

Just had an email from PayPal saying that MHF had cancelled my subscription and the yearly fee would not be paid. Have I been blackball 😃
 
Ditto here. My thought was that the card I paid from has been replaced and I have a new one for that account. I am sure Head Honcho will let us know if there is a problem. :giggle: All genuine, Pay Pal not communicating with Boss. He has to re set up with the new subscription costs next time around.
 
Had the same email.
I purchased the £40/3 year subs offer in July, but carn’t see anywhere that show’s that. Is there not anywhere in our profile that confirms that?

I am not sure but I think there could be a glitch in the system there was a post about something similar last week I think Jim is on to it.
 
Not PayPal but telling me it’s been cancelled on my euro card😩
 
And me, but Jim will soon sort it I’m sure

Just had notification that Motorhome Fun cancelled my payment?

corconx I was wondering the same but if you access your account and scroll down to subscriptions this will take you to your renewal date. Hope this helps. Relieved to see mine isn’t up ‘TIL April 2022.
 
Got the same email and checked my subscriptions and now have two.

One is a 5 year promotion due to expire in 2025 and the second is an auto-renew at £20 from November 26th.

Great policy, I’ve just sold a motorbike trailer on Ebay, the purchaser paid by PayPal, that’s another 2.9% of the sale price scammed off me. Now I understand why so many adverts state no PayPal. They will have no further business from me either.

We have had the same Paypal message............Motorhome Fun auto renew cancelled.

I had the same email and then when my payment was taken things were not working properly, I couldn’t post or reply to threads, emailed Jim and sent the transaction number also the email from PayPal to show it had been paid, Jim sorted it but I was a free member for a couple of days until it was sorted.

I have had the same E-mail this morning saying Motorhome fun cancelled Paypal payment so not sure whither April payment has been taken

Hi Paul, the hassle you had has been the issue. People are paying the new rate, but the forum is rejecting the notice from Paypal and not applying the subs. It was worse for you because you were one of the first and I didn't know what was going on, then I was away with no internet :doh:

Starting a new one when the old one runs out is the only option. unfortunately. (I hate Paypal)
 
Dear all, I've received an email from PayPal this morning saying my automatic payment to you has been cancelled and to get in touch. We have been members of Motorhome Fun and RVOC. I had an email in July 2021 to say my subscription to Motorhome Fun had gone through. When we went to Retro Festival at Newbury there was a little discussion about us parking with RVOC as we now have an Auto trial Cheyenne and we wondered if the cancelled payment today was anything to do with the fact we should no longer be members of RVOC ? Could someone please clarify what is happening. We understand we may no longer be eligible to be part of RVOC which is fine but we hope we can still be members of Motorhome Fun. It would have been nice to have received an email to say this was happening though. Tony and Theresa Bryson.

PayPal have been messing me about since about April, saying the subscript is wrong..I get notification of payment and then have to manuallly set the user to sponsor
