Parking at Carrefour Citieurope

Apparently the last three nights people are being moved on around ten o clock in the evening. Visited it today, after being moved on on Friday, there was a lot more visible security, dog patrol and a security guard quite aggressively moving some people on near the shops.

".... couple of dark guys wandering about that could have been immigrants"??
reflect on this comment and how a "dark person" would feel being compartmentalised as being suspicious just because of their colour?
Are immigrants only "dark"? subsequently are dark people suspicious... ??
What's your problem old buddy. Chill out we are not discussing immigrants or our view on what colour they should be...

Went there on Tuesday at 6pm
Pull up not far from a English reg van.
Security drove up to me and said to park up by the police station.
So I did.
Getting sorted out then watching three migrants in dark clothing checking out the other motorhome
Looking under the bike covers also tried the doors. And looking under the van.
Enough for me moved to wissant.
Not worth the risk.

So are they "letting" folk overnight again? We went straight to Wissant this year, surprisingly busy!

Never understand why people stay there in the first place.

There are hundreds of places within a short drive

That's the reason - why have a short drive to anywhere when everything you could want is next door.
I still don't understand what has started this whole new security and restricted overnighting situation.
There hasn't been that many reports of trouble from the immigrants --- from Brits or even on here.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay over night if they ever allow it again and hope they have changed their minds by the 4th April.
