Park4night

Scores is probably not the best word Rating would have been better. Tripadvisor rates restaurants ACSI campingcard people rate campsites and Motorhomers rate Aires.

In posting my thread I wasn't looking for mockery but help, I understand even at my advanced years how to use the app using data, and having travelled in Europe over 80,000 miles in the last 12 years we manage to find our way, use the sat nav, and can input most things. The question of whether the offline version is worth it, was not the issue rather how to use it, Campercontact works well offline so wondered why park4night didn't. Sorry for making the thread in the first place.

...but you cannot use it offline
im sorry , i dont want to keep this up, but why would you want to? if you are on a computer presumably you are on line and if you are on your phone you have a signal, it uses so little data its almost invisable to your phone.
offline its only as up todate as your last download, its useing up loads of memory for out of date stuff, it doesnt automaticly know where you are. just dont get it im afraid.

thats fine, only trying to help, dont be sorry if its a valid question to you whats the harm in asking , i am just trying to say why would you want to, when the online version works just the same and still doesnt use much data, probably a lot less than you would use downloading the offline version in the first place.(y):)

Critch
All I remember is a reply saying it would be sorted in about 2hrs so I did not have to do anything.
I am sure that’s not very helpful but that’s how it worked out and emails have been deleted.
